Castile Resources Limited owns the tenements within the Rover Mineral Field south-west of Tennant Creek and the Warumpi tenements in the West Arunta of the Northern Territory. The flagship asset is Rover 1, a high-grade IOCG polymetallic deposit.
Flagship
The Rover Mineral Field is interpreted to be a westerly extension of the Tennant Creek Mineral Field. The high grades of gold and copper hosted in banded ironstones at Rover 1 display similar characteristics to the Warrego Deposit in Tennant Creek.
A virgin lead-zinc deposit at Explorer 108 and a high-grade copper prospect at Explorer 142, both with contained mineral resources, broaden the project beyond a single deposit.
The June 2026 updated Pre-Feasibility Study and Bismuth Scoping Study value Rover 1 at A$1.6 billion pre-tax NPV (8% discount rate), with A$7.1 billion in projected project-life revenues across gold, copper, bismuth, cobalt and magnetite.
Leadership
Executive Chairman Mr Hepburn has a degree in Economics and Finance and has been a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors since 2008. He has significant experience in institutional stockbroking, corporate transactions, capital markets funding and the management and corporate development of public companies. He brings 28 years of substantial financial markets experience in the resources sector to Castile Resources.
Non-Executive Director Mr Russell is a geologist B.Sc. (Hons) MAIG with circa 20 years of experience in exploration, mining, resource development and management. He is currently the group Chief Geologist of Westgold Resources Limited and brings Castile a second to none knowledge of the assets and a high degree of technical expertise in their exploration, resource development and exploitation.
Executive Director Mr Poepjes is a Mining Engineer, a Mineral Economist and holds an MBA. He has over twenty years of experience in the mining industry working in gold, copper and tin across Australia in both corporate and operational roles, including prior roles with Millennium Minerals and Metals X.
Mr Savage is a geologist B.Sc. (Hons) MAusIMM with more than 20 years of experience in exploration, resource development and mining. He brings a wealth of experience to Castile having worked previously for Metals X, RNI and Apex Minerals on pre-development assets.
Warumpi Project
Warumpi is a grass-roots exploration project approximately 300 km west of Alice Springs in the West Arunta region of the Northern Territory. Stratigraphy from this period hosts world-class stratabound Pb-Zn-Ag systems such as Broken Hill, Mount Isa Group, McArthur River and Century.

Castile has the benefit of approximately 85,000 metres of historic drilling across the Rover Mineral Field, together with the associated technical assessment and study work completed by previous owners including Metals X and Westgold Resources.
