Right to Receive Documents

Section 110K notice to members.

Castile Resources Limited gives notice under section 110K of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) of the rights of members to elect to receive or not receive certain documents, and to request documents in physical or electronic form.

Summary

Shareholders can elect how documents are received.

Documents include meeting materials such as notices of meeting and proxy forms, the Annual Report, and notices of members' rights under section 110K. A shareholder may make an election for all documents or a specified class of documents.
